Dear people on the Internet,
I just realized that I gave Nico the final versions of our new tracks to listen to, which means that they are done. I finished mixing and mastering and then I sent them to Nico and then I listened to them with Gabe. And the album art is almost done and it’s like…I don’t understand how Elisa Malo can be this awesome with turning sounds into illustrations. This is crazy! I spent the winter working on these and it’s the first day of spring (it’s 11pm on the 20th) and these tracks are like the little spring bunnies that you see–you’re like, oh god winter sucks bblah blah guhhhh and then you’re like, oh wait a minute, I just passed the creepy liquor store and now there’s bunnies in there, just chillin with the vodka in the window like that? Spring must be here, let’s do something rad.
